Six Row Cylindrical Rollers Turntable With Teeth On The Outer Ring

The six-row cylindrical roller slew bearing with teeth on the outer ring is a key component tailor-made for ultra-heavy machinery. It is commonly used in port cranes, large mining excavators, ultra-large tonnage crawler cranes and other equipment. It consists of an inner ring, an outer ring, six rows of cylindrical rollers, a cage and a sealing device. The outer ring is processed with a high-precision ring gear, which can directly mesh with the pinion of the driving device. In the load-bearing structure, two rows of rollers are arranged along the axial direction to bear bidirectional axial loads; two rows of radial rollers are responsible for carrying radial loads; and the remaining two rows of rollers are arranged at an angle to effectively resist overturning moments. The cylindrical rollers are in line contact with the raceway. Compared with point contact, the contact area is greatly increased and the load is distributed more evenly. This allows the bearing to withstand axial force,…
