Pet Chips Making Many Types of Plastic Bottle  

Plastic Raw Materials Pet Chips Polyester Of Engineering Plastics Were Subjected To Reactive Extrusion Modification Of Commercial Bottle-grade Pet Resin With Multifunctional Epoxy Chain Extender (adr), And The Rheological Properties Of The Modified Pet Were Characterized. The Types Of Commonly Pet Plastic Chips Used Chain Extenders And The Effect Of Chain Extender Content Sodium Hexametaphosphate On The Viscoelasticity Of Modified Products Were Selected, And The Chain Extender Pyromellitic Anhydride (pmda) Was Studied As A Comparative Item. The Degree Of Performance Improvement Is More Obvious; Compared Melamine Powder With Pmda Modified Pet, Adr Modified Pet Has Higher Melt Elasticity And More Obvious Strain Hardening Phenomenon. In Order To Further Improve The Viscoelasticity Of Modified Pet, The Reactive Extrusion Process Pvc Resin Was Optimized By Response Surface Methodology.
