Insulated Enameled Magnet Wire

Magnet wire—also known as winding wire—is an insulated electrical wire used to manufacture coils or windings in electrical products. Enameled wire features a thin, uniform insulating film that facilitates high-speed winding, finding applications in fields such as electric motors, transformers, and drive motors for new energy vehicles. Manufacturing process of the enameled magnet wire involves stages such as wire drawing, annealing (requiring precise temperature control between 300°C and 600°C), and coating (utilizing diluents containing cresol and xylene). Upon inspection, the finished products are packaged in cardboard boxes or paper spools. Based on cross-sectional shape, magnet wire can be classified into round wire and flat wire.
