Customized seamless rolled ring forgings

Product Description Rings are forged from carbon, alloy, stainless or duplex billets, rolled to 200–6 000 mm OD, 50–800 mm wall, then rough or finish-machined to customer print.   Performance Quench-temper or normalize gives 550–1 250 MPa UTS, ≥20 J at –40 °C, fatigue life 5× castings; full traceability to EN 10228-3 / NACE MR0175.   Features 360° grain flow, zero porosity, fine grain ≤5, weight saving 30 % vs. plate welding; customized chemistry, hardness band and UT class.   Applications Wind-turbine bearings, mining gears, pressure housings, slewing rings, subsea hubs.   Customized ring forgings Minimum outer diameter：Φ300mm Maximum outer diameter：Φ10000mm Maximum height：1.5m Maximum weight：22ton Qijing is mainly engaged in the production, processing and sales of forgings.
