Its smelting relies on continuous operation of high-power electric furnaces with a capacity of ≥ 25MVA, and ensures reaction uniformity through an automatic ramming system, achieving a stable daily output of 200 tons. The product body is packaged in container compatible FIBC bulk bags, with a top lifting capacity of ≥ 4 times its own weight and certified for UV resistance. 65% silicon iron can be converted into semiconductor grade polycrystalline silicon raw materials with silicon content>99.5% through vacuum melting and purification.
