High Quality PA6 Sheet for Industrial Use   PA6 (polycaprolactam) is a semi crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic formed by ring opening polymerization of ε - caprolactam. Its molecular chain contains polar amide groups (- CONH -), which endow the material with excellent mechanical strength and chemical stability.   Basic PA6 board: pure PA6, with high toughness and good processability. Reinforced PA6 board: Adding glass fiber (GF), carbon fiber (CF), or mineral fillers (such as talcum powder) to enhance rigidity, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. Modified PA6 board: Wear resistant type: Add molybdenum disulfide (MoS ₂), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or silicone oil to reduce the friction coefficient. Flame retardant type: Complies with UL94 V-0/V-2 standards and is suitable for the electronic and electrical industry.
